ESET Mobile Security for Android için Güvenlik parolası sıfırlama

Sorun

  • Güvenilmeyen bir SIM kart takıldığı için veya uzaktan kilitleme komutu telefonunuza gönderildiği için mobil cihazınız ESET Mobile Security for Android tarafından kilitlendi
  • ESET Mobile SecurityAnti-TheftAyarlar→ Güvenlik Parolası menüsü üzerinden daha önce belirlediğiniz güvenlik parolanızı hatırlamıyorsunuz

Kurumsal kullanıcılar

Lisans sahibi iseniz ayrıca aşağıdaki form üzerinden lisans bilgilerinizi girip bir sıfırlama epostası alarak lisansınızı sıfırlayabilirsiniz.

 

 

Çözüm

Cihazınızın kilidini açmak için aşağıdaki yöntemlerden birini seçiniz:

Eposta — Eposta ile bir sıfırlama kodu isteyin

Güvenilir arkadaş — Cihazınızda önceden tanımlanmış bir güvenilir arkadaşınızın telefonundan kendi telefonunuza kısa mesaj göndererek parolanızı sıfırlayın

my.eset.com — my.eset.com üzerinden parolanızı sıfırlayın

Çevrimdışı cihaz / Google Play üzerinden satın alımlar — Lisansı Google Play üzerinden satın aldıysanız bu sayfadaki formu kullanarak parolanızı sıfırlayabilirsiniz

Çevrimdışı cihaz / ESET.com.tr üzerinden satın alımlar — Lisansınızı eset.com.tr üzerinden satın aldıysanız bu sayfadaki formu kullanarak parolanızı sıfırlayabilirsiniz

Teknik Destek — Yukarıdaki yöntemleri kullanamıyorsanız ESET Teknik Destek ekibi ile iletişime geçiniz

Yukarıda seçenekler yardımıysa telefon parolanızı sıfırlayamıyorsanız, ESET Mobile Security ürününü Güvenli Modda kaldırabilirsiniz

  1. Parolayı mı unuttunuz? E-posta→ Sıfırlama kodu iste. ESET lisansınızın kayıtlı olduğu e-posta adresine sıfırlama kodu içeren bir e-posta alacaksınız.

  1. E-postada yer alan Doğrulama Kodunu cihazınızın ekranındaki alan girin ve yeni güvenlik parolasını Yeni Parola alanına girin.
  2. Kaydet butonuna tıklayın ve parolanızı sıfırlayın.

Send a reset password SMS from your Trusted Friend's device

Define your trusted friends

To reset a forgotten user-defined password, you must have at least one phone number on your Trusted friends list. We highly recommend that you add a Trusted friend immediately after installing ESET Mobile Security for Android. If you have not added a phone number to your Trusted friends list, you will be unable to reset your password using this option.

Device must have SIM Card

If your device does not have a SIM card, SIM Guard menu will not be available and you will not be able to add a Trusted friend.

  1. To reset your password, send an SMS from the Trusted friend’s phone number to your device. The SMS must be formatted as shown below:

  2. Type a new security password in the Security password and Confirm password fields and tap Save.

Reset password on my.eset.com

  1. Go to https://anti-theft.eset.com/
  2. Click Sign in.

  1. Type the email address and password associated with your my.eset.com account into the Email address and Password fields and click Sign in.

  1. Click the gear icon for the device on which you want to change the security password, and select Change settings from the context menu.

  1. In the Security password section, type your new security password in the Type new password and Confirm password fields and then click Set password.

If your device is not connected to the internet, use one of the forms below to request an unlock code

I purchased my ESET Mobile Security license from Google Play

Request an unlock code using your Google Account Email and Order number. The Google Play order receipt email you received from Google Play after your purchase of ESET Mobile Security contains your order number. (Click to view an image) You can also find the order number in your Google wallet under Transactions.

  1. Type your Google Account Email address (this must be the same email address used to purchase your ESET Mobile Security license) in the corresponding field below.
  2. Find the Order number of your ESET Mobile Security purchase. This number can be found or in the Google Play order receipt email you received after your purchase.
  3. Copy and paste the Order Number in the corresponding field below.
  4. Type the code displayed on your locked device’s screen in the Code field. If you do not see a code displayed on your device's screen, tap UnlockUse passwordForgotten Password?Customer Care.

  1. Type the two words you see in the picture below.
  2. Click Submit. An email with the unlock code will be sent to your Google account email. (This is the same email address your Google Play order receipt was sent to.)

  1. Locate the unlock code in the email that you receive. (click to view an animation of the email)
  1. From the lock screen, tap Unlock Use password → Forgotten Password? Email. Type the unlock code in the Verification Code field, type a new password in the New Password fields and tap Save. Take note of your new password. It will be effective immediately when you tap Save.

I purchased my ESET Mobile Security license from eset.com

Request an unlock code using your ESET-issued Username and Password. The license email you received after your purchase of ESET Mobile Security contains your username and password (Click to view an animation of this email).

  1. Type your ESET-issued Username and Password in the corresponding fields below.
  2. Type the code displayed on your locked device’s screen in the Code field. If you do not see a code displayed on your device's screen, tap Unlock Use passwordForgotten Password?Customer Care.

Safe Mode

Refer to your device manufacturer for instructions to get your device to enter Safe Mode. Follow the steps below with your device in Safe Mode.
  1. Locate the icon for ESET Mobile Security.
  2. Press and drag the ESET Mobile Security icon to the trash can icon at the top of the screen.
  3. Release the ESET Mobile Security icon over the trash can icon to uninstall ESET Mobile Security.

If you only see an area labeled App info at the top of the screen, you cannot delete the app.
